It's improtant to do exercise every morning.It makes you keep fit.And in the summer,It's a good way to run,you can relax the muscles,and you will feel well.
Different season has different sports ways. In spring,you can walk and ride a bike with your friends,or you can learn TaiJiQuan with old man in park.It's good for your body and it looks very cool.In winter,the weather is very cold.And it's difficult to go out.So you can do exercise at home,but you should open windown every time.I like playing basketball very much,so I don't ill any more.I think sports are good way to keep our fit.
